conormurphy21 Rayquaza is one of the strongest pokemon ever. It has insanely high stats and an insanely diverse move pool.
In Gen 3 it can have
Thunder/Thunderbolt
Blizzard/Ice beam
Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Earthquake
Crunch
Toxic
Iron tail
Solar beam for some reason
Outrage
Surf
Fly
There is like no Pokémon that it can’t counter. A level 100 rayquaza on its own is a good team ffs, especially since the highest level for Steven is a level 78.
@@neverbackdown1918 I'm not saying he isn't good ,the rest my Pokémon were severely under leveled for the battle,I found him by accident had Pokémon I was trying to level up while looking for a bagon

I never used a walkthrough in pokemon emerald and did everything legit on my own. Ive played it for 3 years and roamed everywhere, completed the dex and even found steven accidentally. Funfact i beat him with 1 lvl 100 metagross only, that he gave me 😂😂. I miss playing this game

An awesome playthrough for sure, I've always loved Gen 3 of Pokemon because of introduction to the environmental explorations, and the fact that this game was the last Pokemon game I played as a young teen. I only started playing Gen 4 onwards at the start of this year but I'm glad Gen 3 has been remade since it deserved it for being such an amazing region =D

Why would you stay in after using overheat? You have 2 stages down in Special Attack.. Why not switch out to that agronn who knows earthquake..?

Steven didnt give up the champion's cloak to Wallace just because he wanted to wander around =_= In the story, Steven pass on the championship to Wallace during the Groudon and Kyogre clash because he knew he was going to die. Then he went and caught all three Regis to aid them against the fight, which in turn put too much stress on him and he died. Brandon later used Celebi to resuscitate everyone in the end of that arc. Including him.
Lmao you're wrong. Steven is not going to die, the reason he died because he controlled the regis. Steven passed the cloak to Wallace, because he is the real champ. Btw, its Brendan

People asking how to grind on levelling. I did some Elite Four but I did most ofmy training on them two reporters Gabbie and Tye. They have at start Whismur and Magnemite but eventually end up with level 39 Exploud and Magneton. They appear on route 111, 118 and 120. After each battle they'll move to a new location, starting on route 111 then 118 finally 120. I had a strong Pokemon with either surf or earthquake with that Pokemon holding amulet coin and the Pokemon I'd want to train holding exp. share and the move protect (which can be bought from Lilycove Dept. Store). Fast training and good money. Please do a thumbs up so people can know.

Ive always done this since i was a child. Self discovery. So nice
Training with only rare candies is the dumbest thing you can do as defeating pokemon actually boosts pokemons stats. I mean yeah, lvl 100 is still pretty strong, but it's way weaker than a trained lvl 100 especially if you cherry pick the pokemon you grind to max out certain stats.
As for the reporters, after defeating them enough times, they actually stay on 111, which makes it even easier as you have to just shortly leave the route and then return to reset them.

back in those days, my childhood was cemented in this game. it was SO MUCH FUN playing it. without much internet access. i remember randomly surfing around in this game rebattling trainers none stop cz it was my only game and LITERALLY ran into this dude.
