Don't take this the wrong way as I am a big fan but it ain't the algorithm. Look what made your videos get big views, it was long format behind the scenes of the company/deals not these wacky contests or 20 mins per week type videos. The views being declining for a while go back to what made you great.
Yea I'm Till in Guyana, and I started watching pun intended for the business and the behind the scenes, not challenges or competition.

That's so awesome! I am a sales trainer/consultant...and when I saw Kevin I was like "that's the guy:" He is the guy you look for and is one a in a million for sure...and couldn't believe you let him go. So to see you going back to get him is so incredible. So cool.

I can ditto the customer at 15:21 how hard it is to get the Tudor Panda -- I waited 15 months to get it from my AD. Since I took delivery in July, it has not left my wrist since. I always thought Tudor was the inexpensive step child of Rolex, but I am absolutely loving my first Tudor and will buy another Tudor without reservation. Kudos to Tudor for changing my mind.

I paused the video to gripe about the F1 car. Last time I saw it was in the parking lot with ambitions of being hung from the ceiling, and poof it's sitting boringly upstairs with not a trace of tracking how it got there in your videos (unless I really missed something). Sooo, what's the plan, where's the video of the move in and all the scrapped knuckles, grunts and groans? Personally, if you found the ceiling idea not possible, I think having it on a stand and tilted 45 degrees or so would look awesome so all sides would be viewable, maybe with some mirrors overhead on the ceiling. After all the hype about the car it now seems like a forgotten girlfriend nestled in a corner of the couch. Okay, back to the video... hahaha Marco killer competitive LETS GO, this guy cannot be underestimated. The last 2 minutes of the video, so glad you guys saw the light, my comment last week came true, it needed to be those 4. Great reel David. Congrats everyone!

Yes you definitely need to be able to engage customers in a bright and positive way, be proactive, and mix well with the group. However, there'll be tough and dark times when no one is looking or no one is acknowledging, and one has to plow through the work consistently and be disciplined in good work ethic being able to lead oneself and keep grinding to help the team. That is where the real measure starts. Hope one of these fellows can exhibit that. Too many people we have hired have come and gone, great personality, great talk, and great TALENT. However they didnt have the discipline and follow-through and consistent drive in themselves to keep at it when no one is looking.
Need to have a challenge on who can take the coolest pic of a watch with the F1 car. Get some value out of it lol
I think it’s a matter of attitude thus I am convinced Kevin will do extremely well. Watch this space !

Do you know what I had the chance to get a Tudor Blackbay Chrono but I didn’t hot for in the end as I have two of a Watches that I recently just bought and I want to wear them before hopeing for a Tudor it is a very nice watch, and I know it’s hard to come by, but I will have one one day again
Chris is a great success story. He's a great example of if you put your mind to something you can achieve it.

You should think about giving different titles to different level sales persons, for example Alex and Marco should be “senior salesperson”, maybe they get a better commission structure or higher base.
