Shareholders are also stakeholders (they have a direct interest in the company - company's profit, in particular). I didn't understand why they were presented as different things in one of the first slides. It's just shareholders are not the only stakeholders, but there could be many other groups of people whom you can also call stakeholders. It doesn't make sense, especially when in another slide owners are clearly present in the stakeholder diagram (1:31).

yep, i like to say all shareholders are stakeholders but not all stakeholders are shareholders
