Great question! Venice is an excellent safe small town place to live. Though there isn’t much night life to speak of past 9pm. I’ve had a few clients that have moved there and decided they needed to move again after a couple years because it was too quiet for them. That’s a subjective thing and something that will require a bit more in depth conversation for me to help you determine. The market has softened a bit over the past year overall but it depends on what you are looking for in any area as some types of homes and some neighborhoods and some price points are softer than others.
