Our band is C. We pay £151 monthly(my husband and I). I believe its too expensive but we have no choice. While looking for an apartment last year, we had a viewing for a house in band F 😅😅😂 lets just say we never showed up.

@@ChySpace they grade it here in Scotland according to the valuation of the property as at 1991. Truly, the band E, F and G houses are more like GRA houses( in posh areas or elite locations). A few don't follow this in my opinion. There's a council tax register where you can check the CT of any house online. I use my council website to check the CT band prices before considering a house. Some councils are cheaper than others.
