    Nagluluto din kami ng ganyan..
    Iba lang ang style..
    At hindi na pakuloan kasi mangingitim.. Hiwain lang ng pinong pino hugasan sa suka at tubig.. Lagyan ng crispy fry, harina at itlog pritohin.. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

    Ang sekreto para hindi umitim ang puso ng saging kailangang magpakulo muna ng tubig. Pagka ito'y kulong kulo na saka hiwaing madali ang puso ng saging at ilubog sa kumukulong tubig. Umiitim ang saging pag matagal nahanginan.

    Love to have this puso ng saging patties to my sandwich. Healthy and nutritious. Best alternative sa hamburger meat. The patties looks juicy, savory, and delicious.

    Hindi na kailangang pakuluan ang puso ng saging, kailangan lang pigain at haluan ng asin para mawala ang pakla saka hugasan.

    Kakaluto ko lang neto. Naitapon ko buong batch. May tanim kasi kami ng puno ng saging at sakto meron kaming puso ng saging. Sobrang pait. Ngayon ko lang na pagtanto, nakalimutan ko alisin ung gitna kasi super liit na nung puso.

    May video akong nakita nagsasabi na masmaganda daw gamitin ang outer layer ng puso ng saging kasi nutty yun. Ang ginawa nya ay tinadtad, pinakuluan hanggang lumanbot at ginayat uli para maging pinongpino.

      Yung version q kac nilagyan q ng liverspread, then tig-equal amount ng harina at cornstarch para medyo crunchy 😅😅😅, d q na pinipigaan nakakadagdag parin kac sa flavor... pinipigaan q lang sya kung d q ilalaga ☺️😊😅

    The first time i cooked puso ng saging patties was 7years ago tinuro ng tita ko. Much better if wag na po ilaga ung puso ng saging

    dati gumawa kami niyan noon ng tropa ko kaso di namin piniga sa asin ayun paka slice tinimpla agad sa harina egg kahit isang kutsara asin lagay mo wala talaga lasa haha so dapat pala daw pigain sa asin pra mawala yung pait na kumukontra sa lasa

    Ay bakit pinakuluan pa ang puso, magiging mushy ang patty..ang pag ako chop lang at lamasin sa konting rocksalt ang puso saka pigaan..saka haluan ng sangkap at i prito

      @@bokogunugnawng2629 It's not vegetarian, it's a ovo-vegetarian recipe. A vegetarian recipe is vegan, because you don't use any kind of animal product. Vegan is not using in other parts of your life, like clothes and cosmetics, not just food. If you just not consume animal in your diet but use them in other parts you are a vegetarian. If don't eat and you try to not use animal products in other parts of your life you are a vegan. But of course, this is just to adress things better, not rules.
