You should not comb hair processing hair she said it then does exactly that. overlap relaxer on bleach hair its like common sense. Unless you have been treating the bleach hair to repair and strengthen the hair with a gap of at least 2 months. I have relaxed bleach hair that is long and never had this issue. The hair looks dry and you did not protect the scalp it not that it cannot be achieved it that people are doing this wrong. The stiff hair is because its very damaged. Then she dye it this is such as ridiculous video said some people don't care about their hair.
First off you colored your hair and you're brushing/combing after doing a traumatic treatment to it... try a trim and try bond building products as well as protein treatments and try acv rinses in between to stop the hair from continuing to break and please DEEP CONDITION
