The pouches would be easily 3D printed, in case you have the possibility.
And the pistol holsters as well.

@@ACTIONFAN-ky1ty: I don’t 3D print myself, so I can’t say, but pouches in actionman size can’t cost a fortune, especially if the backside are hollow like yours.
Maybe try to get in contact with someone who 3D print.
I have watched a lot of YT videos about 3D printing, so I know enough, to know that it would be easy, but the price depends on the person doing the printing.

Either way you choose, you will get pouches with a consistant size.
