Can you explain how scout works? And why players get unsettled if i don't scout them before signing.

The way scouting works is to find out whether this player is suitable for our team, if he is suitable then there will be a range for example very suitable: 60-100, Suitable: 50-90, not suitable/unsettled: 40-80

not all player could easily join your team even u got many money. example, if u sign vini who's star player that always play dribble wildly.. he's hard to adapt with manchester city who play more discipline for not take the ball for a long time
