@@Rpkosta11 i upgrade training to level 8 in season 2 and 10 after that. training with technical in last slot (point*5) other is physical*2 tactic*1 attacking *2 technical*1 defence *1 manager skill upgrade about training first. send him to play every game if you can. in training he increase 0.22 point * 2 = 0.44 point every week
