- This week's haftorah is from Malachi 1:1-2:7 and opens with a mention of the tremendous love God harbors for the children of Jacob, and the retribution He will visit upon the children of Esau who persecuted their cousins. This follows the theme of this week's Torah reading, whose two protagonists are Jacob and Esau.

The reason I write. I became aware of a "AMERICA IN PROPHECY" video, I had a few yrs before rejected a book given to me in 86 ARMSTRONG'S book "BRITISH ISRAELISM" which had PLAGIARIZED the book written in 1900 A.H. FAST FORWARD 2018 I got back my 23&ME blood test it says..You most likely had a( THIRD-great-grandparent, three faces ), fourth-great-grandparent, fifth-great-grandparent, sixth-great-grandparent, or seventh-great- (or greater) grandparent who was 100% Ashkenazi Jewish. This person was likely born between 1700 and 1820. Lou, there is the Jewish tie now, watch it pulled together to the Irish it says your fathers Irish blood line is....

We know YHWH doesn't truly hate Esau because in His Torah He told Israel not to abhor Esau and that the descendants of Esau, after the 3rd generation, could be grafted into Israel. Deuteronomy 23:7,8
Which is wonderful since no doubt that just as the DNA of Jacob spread throughout the earth over time, so did the DNA of Esau.
Just as many of us are descendants of Israel we are probably also descendants of Esau too. Why does the dichotomy of both spirits/characters seem to be in all of us today? We love YHWH and His Commandments but many of us also love the ways of the pagans: our civil law systems/governments and civil holidays, customs and traditions

4: 59, how do you extrapolate Yahavah saying Jacob He has loved, but Esau He has hated, to mean other than Esau He loved less, or hated.
The statement is not a plain prophecy, but is a plain statement of Yahavah hating the works of Esau. Yahavah can too hate, and He says He does.
Yahavah tells of a list of things He hates, Proverbs 6: 16 - 19.
