I know some complaints are how small it is. Could you confirm what the total height is in full stand mode? I read it's 1 meter but not sure if that's to the top of the pedestal, the middle of the fan head (so where the controls are) or the very top of the fan head. Which obviously makes a big difference.
Can we use direct Bluetooth (without home wifi) once paired with wifi? ty

Awesome! The fan does not even switch On in Table mode (without the lower stand). Works only with extended stand. What could be the issue?
Thanks, if someone else did not explain it the way you did I would still be sitting with the caged blade in my hands. The clockwise and counter clockwise words is what saved me here. Let's hope it's a great experience it was not cheap. More importantly it must last

How sturdy is the base? Would kids/pets knock it down easily?
Its base is very sturdy. The fan wont topple easily
As a user who bought this fan from Mi Store on the first day it was available, I had a very bad experience to share.
The fan that I received had abnormal vibration issues and on reporting it to the customer care in Mi Store, they asked me to take it to service center. To get the replacement, I had to take the fan myself to service center. I haven't heard of such a thing for a newly purchased item,
However, I took it to the service center that was bit far away.
Finally they approved replacement request after three days.
Again the next thing was that the replacement was not shipped to my address, but shipped to mi Service Centre. I wonder why this Mi Store doesn't care about the customer's difficulty to get an item replaced.
Again to my bad luck the same problem was still there with the new replacement product. Now I'm chasing behind the Mi Store customer care to get the refund as I'm fed up with this hassle.
So please think before you buy, Xiaomi has changed a lot nowadays, they're not the best these days in giving good quality product and even good customer support.
Also this fan is smaller in size than the normal pedestal fans, hence can be suitable for only small areas. Please keep that in mind before you buy this expensive fan for your big rooms.

@@Nononoone Oh sorry to hear that you are also facing issues. I tried raising complaint about vibration with Mi and they replaced item, unfortunately the same vibration issue is there with newly replaced product also. I didn't bother to run behind it again and I'm totally disappointed with the purchase. I bought a new BLDC fan from Atomberg and kept this Mi fan as a substitute fan and now it serves the function of being a showpiece in my living room. I'm not using it frequently so I'm not sure about how bad this issue is now.

I am having problem with installing.
2 prong power cord is not going fully into the pins in the base of the fan, so power is not supplied to the fan motor.
I called service centers in hyderabad but they are saying they only repair phones and laptops

I tried inserting a 2 prog power cord from mosquito killer racquet into the base of xiaomi fan, it is going in completely but xiaomi fan power cord is not going fully inside.
@@TechSingh I just now saw the Amp and Voltage markings on xiaomi fan power cord.
Male end of the cord (which goes into electrical board socket) reads 6A and 250V.
Female end of the cord (which goes into the base of the xiaomi fan) reads 2.5A and 250V.

No it cannot be used without the stand, but u would need the stand to keep the fan upright
With the price range of 6000 Rupees, Would have been better with a battery backup for few hours.. as it would be handy during power outages...

I received this fan today. The box was not sealed. However product inside was in new condition. This fan is very very small for the price. Beware of size!
The fan speed for 1 & 2 is really low unless used together with the AC. On its own will need to use speed 3. One little comment about the design. Overall it is ok except for the final screw tightening of the cover. It is quite difficult to locate the embedded bolt. The screw provided is also very small. Should have provided spare screws in case of misplacement. The tightening should preferably be at the top rather than below.

I like its design, its silence... but if the engine is not powerful perhaps it is not worth its price...
I am considering also Xiaomi fan 2 PRO. The main difference between the two models is that PRO has a battery, but also PRO has is a more powerful engine, as is needed.

You could have shown the amount of airflow by holding a ordinary A4 paper in front of it. So that us viewers can get a visual idea about its air throwing capacity. In Amazon, negative reviews are saying that airflow is not good even at full speed.
Thats actually is a great suggestion. Thank you for that. The fan speed is really good at full speed, and more than adequate, just because it silent alot of people assume its not fast.
Don’t buy this fan.. maximum mode speed is very low… actually it’s not suitable for Indian subcontinent countries weather.. it’s doesn’t even cover 2-3 persons seating adjacent in same room…

The quality of your video is getting worse with every passing day, why you are scared to share the real review, which you use to do initially, this is fan , main purpose of fan is to give proper air, it lack the basic things which is needed in a fan, all this Natural Breeze gimmick is nonsense, they wants people to pay 7k for fan which does not give sufficient air flow, test this fan with any 2k price stand fan you know the difference, and add a smart plug with you normal stand fan, no need to pay 7k on this type of device .

Edit: changed my mind I will get it, has really good reviews from a store in my country New Zealand. I guess it doesn't get as hot here as compared to India so we don't need it windy inside, just a nice breeze. Apparently it's good for a bedroom which is what I want it for.
@@COOKIE-NZL i just ordered it. I’m from Sweden and it has great reviews. My room is about 10 c in the winters during the nights so all i want is a breeze. And if its silent, great. At max speed it blows about 20 m3 a minute, seems good to me

15W feels less powerful compare to my KDK KX40D or KX405 which is at 75W with super strong air flow at max level😅
