Nice Catches, That NS duo train may have stopped in GI, because it was crawling my the time the end of the train cleared me, also I missed the NS D9 leader, and the H1 but Still all in all this was a Awesome train day for both of us! (Edit) Also Awesome EMD Trio on the final train!
Howdy, Colton. Great video dude! I do have to ask, with your experience of railfanning at Silver Creek, is there usually any significant pattern on what time the intermodals like to show up at? I’m taking a guess and saying around 12-3 PM. I’ll be trying to see a 70 or two out here in a few days. Thanks!
Here is what I noticed when Z trains passed through silver creek: The ZG2SC comes thru around 9am-11am The ZG2LT comes thru around 9pm-11pm The ZG2BRB comes thru around 2am-4am The ZLTG2 comes thru around 11pm-1am The ZBRG2B comes usually sometime during the day. Union Pacific is random with intermodal times compared to BNSF. These are my best guesses when a Z train will come. I would watch the Kearney Camera or something in Iowa to help predict the trains arrival. Lmk if you have any questions
@@Colton_K thanks for the information. I’ll be out there tomorrow sometime in the evening. Hoping to see an I or autorack train as I am aware that those may possibly be going fast as well.
@KTRFP nah, Zs are for 70mph. For some reason I trains are not. Been down there a long time and never seen a I train go 70mph. It’s probably just the location tbh.
Terima kasih, greetings from Jakarta, Indonesia

@KTRFP autorack trains can go up to 70mph, but I trains can go up to 60mph
@@Colton_K thought the Is could go 70 if their tonnage was enough. Same for every train. Maybe it’s different than BNSF.
