They are based in South Korea. The producer is Simon half Japanese and Korean who grew up in US. The company is related to Japanese AVEX. Many creators from various countries are involved. Members are all Japanese. They sing in perfect English but there is a room for improvement when it comes to speaking. Their Korean is quite good. They were trained for 5 years before the debut. At the time of Tippy toes, the eldest was 20 and the youngest was 16.

What I said about putting in the work - their transitions from formation to formation is so seamless... and they never check look at their feeet or look around to see where the other members are to stay in formation. That takes hours and hours of practice - as a group - to build up that confidence and trust in yourself and each other. Only when you have that can you work on eye contact and face. They project so well and engage the audience because they don't have to think about their dancing.
You're going to be obsessed with them more once you know the musical influences of these girls - Chisa (the beautiful lady in the elevator) her influence is MJ himself. I mean these girls will surprise you. They really are something. Thank you for reacting to them. XG Playlist perhaps? ☺

Alright it's me again!!! They had me since the very beginning, like they're too good?? I feel like with each comeback they show us something radically different but they get better and better. I loved Tippy Toes, I was OBSESSED!! Then came Mascara, their first comeback and it turned out to be in my top 10 listened tracks of 2022. The song is so vastly different from Tippy Toes and it might have taken me 3 listens to get her but I was hooked. The choreo is everything and different still from what they showed so far. Their latest comeback is Shooting Star (with bside Left Right) and this is when people started to SEE THEM!! And I'm glad because they deserve to be superstars. The choreos are again, great and the songs are top notch. They're so incredible. But yeah, they're not kpop, they're aiming to be a global group. All the members are Japanese and all their songs are in English! So, yeah Jurin, center, leader, she's very beautiful, such a great dancer. Chisa and Juria are the main vocalists, love their voices. Hinata (the blonde one) also is a great dancer and has great expressions. Maya is one of my personal favourite dancers, she's the second youngest but she has IT! She shines so much in shooting star and I realised in the cypher they did that she's a very good rapper too. Cococa and Harvey (Harvey is half Australian) are our resident rappers, they're badass I love them! Sorry for the long long comment lol Welcome to the ALPHAZ family! Take care!
