The movement is slick, easy, precise. The timing and expressing those beats and accents in the authentic Latin music fabulous, confidence and personality to burn. A mature highly skilled and entertaining piece of cha cha . Faultless and I love their style and chemistry.
@Joe Testa they are untouchable in the amateur field and, imo, could easily displace some pros in the final. They exemplify “Latin done right” if you know what I mean. The way they constantly communicate with one another through gestures, glances, smiles, and other “devices” is absolutely magnificent. Shows where their priorities lie, and I just love their razor-sharp precision combined with youthful energy and unpretentious vibe
I don't know why I feel this. I understand that what this couple does is very-very much professional. Their skills are awesome. But somehow they leave me cold. Almost everything they do seems to me just mechanical, athough performed on the highest level. Why do I thinks this? Maybe because there is always the same experession on their faces - those sweet smiles. They don't seem to be conveying any deeper feelings, everything looks very easy, maybe even too easy in all their dances. I much prefer Salvo and Sasha to this couple. They seem to me more authentically latin in what they do and how they portray the relationship between a man and a woman. There is some kind of truthfulness in their dance that is closer to life than what I see in Sasha and Klemen. And even their technique, although they always win, does not seem to me so amazing. Or rather, it is amazing, but not in the way I prefer - I'd like the lady to be more sensual and more sophisticated than this, which is expressed by her body plasticity, by the accents she makes, by more beautiful lines. I'd like to see more mystery in her, more subtle relationship shown in a dance. Even in such a joyful dance as cha cha. Klemen is very good here, but Alexandra looks a little heavy imo. If we compare her to such top ladies as Yulia Zagoruichenko, Inna or Andra, I thinks she lacks elegance in comparison to all of them.
@@Maria_Fomina Deep and interesting analysis. I have also been a bit reluctant toward her. Then I was very impressed. With their Presentation cha-cha in the WDC World Professional Latin Championship in Vienna a week ago. I also like her dress much better in Vienna (in gold). In Vienna, they communicated even better, and it was just brilliant, I think. You see it on Dance today, and I wonder whether you think this new cha-cha is more to your liking. What do you think of their Final Presentation cha-cha in the Prof. World a week ago?
@@helgechristophersen7665 Actually, I like them much more now after they turned professionals. And I really like that cha-cha you've mentioned. I just could not quite perceive them as amateur champions, but now they look very organic where they are and in comparison to other prof couples. I think Alexandra's style has become more elegant now. It may be connected to the fact now they have to compete with all those brilliant professional couples who are not just doing some sport, but are inclined to tell more with their dancing than amatеurs usually do.
I 1st saw Klemen/Averkieva at Mirada Cup 2022 where they won...at that time the music fascinatingly stimulated their performances...this Baden Baden event also reaffirmed their qualities....!
How are they still amateur? I don't understand why they're not professional. I just watched a "professional" competition and this couple would win over any of them hands down. I don't understand the judging and placements in competitive dance here.

She reminds me so much of Yulia Z.

Fantastic couple🔥
Extremely great couple! Fabulous dancers! Bravo!
The girls movements are so crisp and light and sharp
Lovely.

Beauty of human movement. Wonderful.
Хороша Александра! Тут и партнер как дополнение....Он конечно тоже круто танцует.Но Сашка это огонь!
They are excellent
Wow! Just beautiful!
во, молодцы, наконец то танцоры, а не эти 'гимнасты', танец это наслаждение танцем, а не фигурное дергание конечностями
Too good ❤❤❤❤
Casal dançarinos lindos. . Ela maravilhosa. . Ele sem palavras. .

1 year later, they did change to professional 😁
