Never poison animals. 1. Because other predators that feed on them also get poisoned. 2. They may crawl inside a wall, die, and the smell is horrendous.
Not completely true. Second hand poisoning really depends on the product being used and how much can even be passed along. For example, cholecalciferol is a very effective rodenticide but does not pass along to a predator that may eat it. On the note of them dying in the wall, although it’s possible, it doesn’t happen very often at all.
An adult animal would be ok, but if their young eat it, it can be fatal. It happened to some eagles on Southwest eagle cam awhile back... one of the babies died and they thankfully were able to save the other after intervening. We've used these before and have had mice die in our walls a few times down in the basement. For a few days to a week it smells absolutely horrid 🤢

Lots of things like to chew on these baits, not just mice and rats. Snails, slugs, ants, voles, chipmunks, I've even seen daddy long-legs chew on them before. Snails and slugs are greedy, any you can lose an entire box of bait to them before the mice find it. Or a fat rat decides his gonna stay there an eat it all. Which is why you check droppings, and check your bait boxes.
My cat ate a poisened mouse from the neighbors house. At least thats what we think happened. The veins in her body and organs dissolved and she died of internal bleeding. It was dreadful.
This is so stupid and wrong on so many levels if they're pooping it out then they've already built up a tolerance to it and it's not working anymore The whole point of this poison is to make them feel like they're dehydrated so they don't hide in some Dark Spot somewhere and they die outside looking for water
Looks like monitoring (not normally lethal) bait. Usually used to determine if a home is having rodent activity. If a lot of bait is consumed and droppings are found, it’s a good indicator to switch to a rodenticide bait.

If that *is* a non-bykill poison, why is it not mentioned? There's Rat-X which is the only poison I'm aware of that's completely safe if predators consume it because it takes advantage of a quirk of specifically rodent's digestive system.

This is literally the worst thing to do is to poison the mouse. What happens when birds of prey eats them?. Dead. It's going to be your fault for poisoning the main food source for the birds.
Until a dog comes and eats it or a squirrel, this is the worst way to exterminate rats. Whoever your working for. I’m sure has a bad reputation as n certain business practices
So... When I took my class on poison control for my retail storage place that will not go named... They informed us that this stuff is basically Aspirin and forces the Rats organs to bleed on the inside. I asked "is this painful to the mouse or rat?" The guy started laughing and said: "It's Aspirin, he probably felt really good when it stopped his heart." So, I stopped eating Aspirin that day.
Right but then the mouse dies in your wall it smells. Also if an animal like a cat or dog eats the mouse they get poisoned too. Mouse poison is horrible. It's a horrible death for the mouse too. Nothing good about it.
These are some of the things that I heard are the worst things to do is to give mice or rats that block because when they start to dehydrate they'll start chewing up everything because they're looking for water now and that's how they die is that the dehydrates the mice are rats so I heard that is one of the worst things to give is that block is because if it's in your house the mice and rats will chew up everything looking for water
Actually it is to show if kids eat the poison by accident. So if you see your kid with an blue mouth get to the emergency room. An yes I was one of that stupid kids .
I would recommend not applying rodent bait on residential properties because once eaten by the rodents and they die; cats, dogs, when hungry will eat it and can become ill and die also. Instead install rodent stations with a t rex trap inside of it.

At my company our parking lot is near a wooded area and mice love to camp out in our engine bays. So I put a bunch of these green blocks all over the back of the lot and now I get green poop in my engine bay lol
Ok green poop mean good. Maybe explain how it works and how to safely deploy it? Or maybe what to do if a dog or kid accidentally consume it? Would make for better content.
I feel this helped eliminate some mice but not that many. And these mice are damn smart. They broke apart the bait, left those bits to the side and ate the seeds that come mixed in with the bait. I don’t exactly how much they have to eat in order to ☠️ ⚰️
Guess he couldn't see all the chew marks on the block 🙄 if I was a customer he would instantly lose my business for being full of shit....I bet he poops green...
This guy works for a pest control company and exclusivel uses DIY type products, instead of all of the products and treatment that are litterally standard within the pest control industry
If you looked at the block.. I feel like it would be pretty obvious if they were chewing on it.
I’d rather look at the block vs poop
…that’s just me
Ive used green bait before but it always killed them fast. Never seen them have time to poop it out. Even found next to the bait. I wouldn't buy this.
This is literally the worst thing to do is to poison the mouse. What happens when birds of prey eats them?. Dead. It's going to be your fault for poisoning the main food source for the birds.
Yea so then tge mice wander off and get eaten by another animal qnd ultimately you end up poisoning a poor owl, fox, coyote, etc. It's horrible 😡
Well that doesn’t help me at all, i dye all of my food aquamarine before consumption 😔
dude literally explained the same sh*t twice ...
Until a dog comes and eats it or a squirrel, this is the worst way to exterminate rats. Whoever your working for. I’m sure has a bad reputation as n certain business practices
To see if the bait is working ?
Lmao
If it’s not blue it’s what brown ?
What’s the difference ? Lmao
The mouse is still alive .
Baits are awful!! The mice had just crawl up the walls and leave wretched smells everywhere!! Live traps or normal catch traps much more recommended
I would recommend not applying rodent bait on residential properties because once eaten by the rodents and they die; cats, dogs, when hungry will eat it and can become ill and die also. Instead install rodent stations with a
t rex trap inside of it.
So one reson that this comment is green bcs i have no idea how the fuck im gonna sell this bunch of food color that actually does nothing to the mice but im despirate to do so , so here we are this is green bcs you can see that zhey eating it. Like ye know ya have to see the green shit to see that they ate half the trap. But cmon this is greeeen.
This doesn’t work I waste full bags of this thing they ate it it didn’t even kill them I hope it didn’t make them suffer in pain either
Yeah idk but some farmer suggested baking soda and jiffy corn meal....guess what👍🏽
Can’t you tell they’re feeding on the bait by the bait being eaten? I mean, just look at the bait, if some is missing, they’re feeding on it right?
I thought the whole point of poison was they eat it then die? Looks like im gonna stick with the sticky traps and donut crumbs.
try this temperature. mice outside. by a food outside. keep these and a large rat or hunter stays outside.
the human cannot eat drink food too distance from the local residence . some nettle tea of of shrubs
mice keep insects and etc at bay
