Attachment styles IS SCIENCE! Its a qualitative and generalized categorization of our human attempts to form relationships BACKED with longitudinal research and analysis of developmental precursors to such behaviors.
Jenn, you have honored this science in a fun and digestible way without neglecting the theory behind it all. Well done and blessed are those who are able to be an audience to you!

Thank you. Watching a lot of these with my wife, I'm avoidant, she's disorganized, we're both audhd. It's a wild ride sometimes, but there's no one I'd rather spend my life with so thank you and those in this sphere. It's opened our minds a bit more and already changed the understanding of eachother, even after all these years together. 🖤

Loved this! I had never even heard of attachment styles, much less how they affect our relationships. So much to think through about lives & how the past affects our future. You're such a great speaker Jennifer - thank you for sharing this message!

Yea, you're definitely not alone in not really hearing about it. It's a bit of a buzz word right now on the socials, but at the same time little is known about it which makes me so excited to get to finally share this! Thank you so much for your kind words, they mean so much.

    Yes!!!
Thais Gibson and The Personal School Of Development ~ The Attachment Style Quiz is available there and I have copied & pasted and sent that to more people than I can count… I agree that this is a key component to understanding the self and others… I generally am Securely Attached but my spouse is Anxious… This relationship had me wobbling in various ways in 12 years
