    I'm really struggling doing it

    Love it. Looks like you now what you re doing. How can your force your opponent to play in your backhand to step around?

    • @AndreasLevenko
      @AndreasLevenko  Місяць тому +4

      Very good question 😁 Every player has different automations built in his system, so try to maybe serve a „reverse pendulum“ in his forehand in the beginning of the set.
      If he returns it into your Backhand, you can serve it again 3 or 4 more points later and step around confidently, because he is most likely to do the same again.
      That’s one of many options 😁

    Exactly what I need. No doubt about the power of forehand step around. However, there are so many things to concentrate in a tense real match that players just play by instinct. Things might go wrong. Recently, I’m so impressed with your performance playing against Simon Gauzy 2024 European championship. Many things can be observed and learned from both pro players. By the way, I don’t know if there’s any other ways to contact you via email address or social networking? Many thanks from a player in Vietnam.

      @@AndreasLevenkoHello Andreas. What if you have to switch to the ST handle? Is there any problems ?

  • @valtermpmarques
    @valtermpmarques Місяць тому +2

    One question about looking at the wrist please - how often do you do this during the rally? Thanks

    • @AndreasLevenko
      @AndreasLevenko  Місяць тому +4

      Mostly only in the first ball if your opponent is receiving your service.
      Or when you play short short.
      During the rally it is already an automated process 😊👍🏓

    The most beautiful shot in TT; ITTF should decree two points given when a successful step-around FH shot is won, just like a three point shot in basketball. Because it is beautiful & not easy to do...

    dumb question: is there a reason why you wouldn't do a strong BH instead of a FH from the backhand corner?

    • @AndreasLevenko
      @AndreasLevenko  Місяць тому +4

      It’s a good question 👍
      You should mainly do a strong BH Loop, but usually you can generate more power and force with forehand.
      So from time to time to mix up your game you can step around for more deception 🤙🏓

    • @AndreasLevenko
