Hi Panipopo, haven't read your blogs in awhile, glad to see you've got new recipes up, been craving Kopai, hence why I'm on your channel:) Thanks for sharing, I'm making this tonight, tired of eating the same American food....oooooooweeeeeee, my neighbors are about to experience Samoan cuisine at its best!!!
I just wanted to add in that I've made kopai twice since I posted that I was going to make it. wooohooooo, nailed it right on the spot, except, just make sure not to use self rising flour. The first time I made it, everything was pretty easy except making the pukas, it took forever just for me to find out after the kopai was cooked that I didn't make that much. It actually felt as if I made more than 50, tripled the recipe. I was so proud of myself, thank you Panipopo!!!
this is not a lie, okay! my parent told me to make kopai, and i have to youtube it..lol.. thank you for posting this for me to able to do it. cause i really don't know how to make kopai at all... you just save my life from the sasa!...lol... Faafetai tele leva ia oe le tuafafine. Have a great day.!

I use to hate kopai because that's all we ate when I was little...years later I miss the memories lol

Thank you. I was majorly craving kopai. Would've rung my mom but she was busy with my uncle's funeral. You're a crave saver lol. Much alofas.
