I suggest before talk about sales and all that, we focus on education. It is only through education we can fix the sales issue. There can be no sales without fixing the issue of education. I am no expert in the matter, but its clear to me that without major or signification progress in the direction of improving basic education, there can be no significant sales in the future. I hope this helps.

I definitely agree that being good at sales is the sine qua non of being an entrepreneur. However, I vehemently disagree with cold calling. Follow up calls are very essential but not cold calls. There are much smarter ways to get inbound leads and phone calls are then used to follow up with a view to arranging and appointment to close the sale. This man is very intelligent and I learn a lot each time he speaks. Keep on mate.

You can hire an accountant, but you can never afford to be ignorant of the numbers and how they come together. When you start, you may not be able to afford an accountant...but you need to know your numbers
