Wow those HOA fees are crazy
why in the world does the HOA need $85,000 dollars a year? That kind of money I'd love to see the amenities that money buys.
Oprah and Tom Hanks and Danny McBride and Bill Murray and Tara Lipinski have homes in the Charleston area. Fees like that are to keep people like us out lol
