The Government should protect musician's songs at all costs.

You need to come together as regional musician and get a way to have the hotels pay a license.
The one man musician should also get a license at a lower fee and would only play in licensed hotels or loose his license.
However the charges need to be moderate with already high cost of living, but the original composer now and in future needs to get benefits of their work.
If such regulations are in place have them strengthened accountable for proper destruction .
