I love how they clap and scream for the bits that are just strumming chords but the actual difficult parts and solo gets no recognition

@@sleivi. lol, I was trying to learn the scream solo for some time but gave up really quickly - you should be really precise with it, while in the afterlife solo some parts may be changed for your convenience and it will still sound genuine😇

Focus. That's how.
I like to keep tempo with my hands. Like, for example, when ever I play an acoustic song, I'll strum a in quarter notes without actually hitting the strings. It's kinda hard to explain, but it helps me out a lot. Especially when I'm playing around people who are talking.
After a lot of playing you sort of develop a metronome in your head

this is 100% true. I used to play through a Crate 10w, trust me, it couldn't hardly be played if I connected my metal zone distortion pedal (hated for life probably, but I can get a good sound out of it lol).

Are you serious? The Afterlife track was louder than his guitar here, and the solo which he played, if you were a guitarist and knew how to play the solo, you'll know that he didn't play it for shit. He pretty much just hit the target notes which stayed for a second which were the only audible notes.
