- It's hard to believe that 12 months have passed since we left Australia and moved to Cortona to start our Italian dream. We have definitely squeezed a lot into that time, and plenty more to come 😎

Ha ha ha Jay!!! Yeah the villa was amazing....... we were very jealous. We were gifted a bottle of last year's vintage for our efforts (which were very minimal as the 'real' grape pickers started before we arrived.
You are correct!! It is way too easy to sit in the piazza, on the famous town hall steps and watch the world go by...... we see many interesting characters. I (Claire) love listening to the group of elderly Italian gentlemen chatting, i wonder who they are talking about........ wish I understood more Italian!
