      ​@@ishikatyagi2631yes. All seeds you have to soak. After washing them. I do with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds. And you should eat 2 hours before food. Preferably before breakfast or lunch

    I've been taking Chia seeds , pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and some dry fruits then add them all together in shake. My hairfall has really reduced
