  • The Sledaddicz crew depart Cochrane for their annual ride to Hearst, ON. From getting stuck, to dealing with RPM fade and a delicious lunch at O'Briens, the boys had an awesome time as usual out on the trails.

You mention passing on the trail, I had one of the most challenging rides ever last weekend around Sudbury. Many groups of riders doing 35 - 45 km/hr and all over the trail!! Honestly it was very dangerous. Riders on the wrong side of the trail is a constant issue that we run into. Even faster riders who cant keep on the right side, no wonder there are so many accidents

The 850 is only suppose to rev to 7900. Sometimes you have to adjust your clickers on the primary in different conditions. Each clicker position is about 200 RPM.

Nice video. Warranty. At the price of the new rigs these days, another option is to trust the manufacturere built a decent sled and run it after warranty has expired. I did this with my current ride. Its a Polaris Axys SKS and is super easy to work on if needed. All panels come off in less than a minute. I just replaced a track and can do complete top end in less than a weekend. Biggest thing is keep an eye on wear items especially boggie wheel bearings and run it.

Oh ya that's our buddy Rich's bag. He likes it. We don't have one that's why there is no video. We prefer other bags purely because the adventure takes up both linq slots for 40L of storage. We have the dry bag which is also 40L and only takes up one spot so we can stack it on our fuel caddy. Here is a video we did on all our LinQ accessories - ua-cam.com/video/L2mQtSOiZ4Y/v-deo.htmlsi=4-imzqgUHzehYOv_

Thanks for the prompt reply, yes I watched that linq video, very informative, thank you. I’m trying something new next year, the side saddle bags and possibly this 40L double bag, I think it looks nice and compact for 40L when not using saddle bags. I just wonder how dry things will keep in it. I have been running the stackable gas can with the 17L sport bag on top, (that one normally gets used for food) and the tool box behind. But I have been carrying extra gas weight for nothing for almost four years now. New sleds I rarely have to worry about needing that gas now. This will just be a different option for me. Thanks again!

If you're going to buy a 2stroke you really should be aware that you're not going to get alot out of it before the top end needs to be done, it's not a matter of if the engine blows, it's more a matter of when.
