Just a suggestion. Don't put sugar in the crumb crust. Your topping already has 4 T sugar plus syrup from the pineapple. It makes it very very sweet. Also a T lemon juice in the filling will add a bit of tang. Otherwise well done! Yummy.

You can use cool whip if like but it might get a little watering you.may use.8oz for that.one can size . Thank you for watching and commenting
