With all those bells and whistles out of the way I ask you: how much work it takes to repair a flat tire specially in the rear? Looks to me like it requires removal of many components to get the tire out for repairs, I’m i right?

No. To remove the rear tire it is 5 lug nuts like a car. One screw to get an exhaust trim out of your way.
