Is it really so that the filter can be inside the cleaner when wet vacuuming? Is it a cardboard/paper filter? I ask because cardboard/paper filters will stop working properly and will eventually get smelly if used for wet vacuuming. Therefore I concluded there is no bag and no filter for wet vacuuming.
This totally depends on your usage. I am using from last 6 months for 2bhk flat. Still bag replacement not required. We have some DIY option as well for bag cleaning, will share video once I will do that. Thanks

You're totally wrong as removing the filter when using it for wet cleaning can damage or shorten the lifespan of the machine. Similar function of air filter for your car engine, the function of the filter in vacuum cleaner is to fiter out "big debris/dust particle" so it will not go into the machine.

Nope can't bcoz it's taking intake from pipe and exiting from blower. If blower is blocked the motor load will increase and thus probably causing to burn

No bag for filter, but filter is there in dry and wet both

Our is wd3. It has wet and dry both. Yes wd4 is too costly with slight changes as bag is washable so dry wet can be done together.

I think only water is good as it doesn't create foam which can damage the suction fan.

Bag not required for wet cleaning. Water can be collected directly in vaccum cleaner bucket which can be emptied and cleaned as well...

Not yet tried, but suction power is good also u need to buy proper attachments, still u might need to dry it in sun.
