Being such a fluid player normally, it's interesting to watch how you approach these very difficult passages. You are one of the most articulate players ( younger players) I've seen. The shed never ends, no matter how advanced the player is. *For those musicians who are chasing constant improvement & new musical ideas/lead lines for soloing, "the wall" happens briefly & we struggle picking away at it. Then all of a sudden *new achievement unlocked🔓🏆 🎉*.
hi andy thank you for these lessons ,i have your sig guitar your playing ,how many springs do you use on the trem ,im finding 3 abit of a struggle abit stiff ,i use 9 's strings thank you again for your insights and inspiring playing .

After an accident ten years ago I had to rebuild my technique so I watched youtube videos to find the teachers I liked the best. Uncle Ben Eller won that contest going away and he brougt a friend, Mr. Wood and not only is he a great player, he designed my best guitar (Andy Wood Signature Modern T by Suhr).
This comment is at 6:17ish. I can't play that stuff..yet. However I think segmenting the run at certain points. Kind of like "chunking" when teaching to read text. Finding a place to reset and do a further run etc... Not sure if this is right. Just an Idea that has worked for me...sometimes. Time is: (9:50)
