搏克：蒙古族的摔跤運動

蒙古族摔跤又稱作搏克
是蒙古族極富盛名的文化活動
有著上千年的歷史
在成吉思汗時期
便將搏克賽馬射箭
列為那達慕三項競技
至今仍是蒙古傳統的流行活動
搏克手們不受年齡體重
身高等方面的限製
比賽場地也無要求
一塊平坦的地面就可以了
比賽時搏克手穿著摔跤服
上披短衣下穿套褲腳蹬皮靴
重現了蒙古騎兵的樣式
摔跤手脖子上的項圈
蒙古語稱之為「將噶」
它是搏克手獲勝次數多少的標誌
摔跤手登場時的場面尤為震撼
他們會唱著雄渾高亢的摔跤歌
跳著氣勢磅礴的獅子舞
在歌聲中跳躍著入場
摔跤比賽不受時間限製
放倒拉倒不可以抱腿
但可以用摔絆動作
主要是靠上半身拉甩等動作的威力取勝
