One from each channel a week, uncut could be edited to be a bit longer, with cuts of each day if needed to make it longer. Would be an idea. Have teasers for the main channel on there for example! But, if it stayed the same. I wouldn't be disappointed either.
2 a week way to much 1 is heap take alot time put together
If you want to change it, I would love some more trucking vlogs of driving and doing jobs and then maybe only once a week the builds
I like your approach and recognize the amount of work that goes into entertaining us. I would ditch the uncut channel, go slightly longer on your build videos and include Shaun as much as humanly possible. Just an opinion.
First thing is first what I say I say as an experienced trucker of class 2 for 13 years. In this industry you are one of the few who have managed to bridge that gap and make trucking popular and real for many kids and adults alike. You had a way of doing things on the other channel that was 2 uploads a week and you had 30 to 40 minutes of run time. That formula works well now with trucker tim uncut and everything else mixed in like Lombardo's and all the other caricatures of people you have in your content it makes it extremely hard for you to include everyone and cuts down on your joy doing it.
I say to you if you don't have this already get yourself an editor or co editor to free up your time and allow you to do what you do best and continue to make that content that shows everyone what truck life is and how it can be a positive thing I hope I make sense and would love to see you carry on as you are just with more help to do what you do

Maybe something like Ashville weekly would be good, Daniel has a mix of 30-45mins every Sunday. As for content I like what you have now with a mix of Shaun, the truck build and more of Ollie at Hall. Keep it up Tim/Helen.
You should do whatever is right for yourself, Helen and your family.
Personally when I first viewed your video I wasn't terribly taken BUT you have grown on me because your content is different and you are a character.
Some vids by others are a bit 'samey' but you along with the likes of Floz and Lena put a smile on your face. Additionally your relationship with Shaun and the staff at Lombardos is always worth a watch so whatever you do keep that contact going as its good for you and them.
As for vid length, what you do now is about right, I think, but if you do change don't make them too long.

Only you and Mrs Trucker Tim can make those tough decisions Tim as you need a to have a happy work and family life balance. As a HGV driver myself family is my priority and always will be, Your true followers will follow you regardless of how much content you post as we all love to see what shenanigans you get up to during the weeks.

I quite like the twice weekly uploads with the bit of uncut channel in between to keep us entertained until the main channel uploads. I think the way you do it now with some trucking, going out with Lombardo and doing videos on the truck build is perfect at the moment. Aswell I would like to see more videos where your out on the road trucking or going off with different companies such as Hall Agriculture.
Saying that if you do choose to cut down on the uploads I’ll still watch and support your videos. Keep up the good work Timbo 👍
Just do what you enjoy the most, but remember family is the key to a happy life. We will watch anything you put on so do what's right for your family.

I think that you should go to a long, well structured, weekly resume, video in the main channel. That way, at least, you can have more time to the builds.
If you feel like showing something in the moment you can always use this uncut for that 😉

Longer and less videos is my vote, make it sustainable, do it like you do it today, some Lombardo, some Hall, some building trucks, whatever YOU want to do, it is more genuine that way, don't do what other people wants you to do.
I get the pressure of regular uploads but tbh I love everything you put out, sounds like your approaching a bit of burnout, maybe take a couple of weeks off (hard when it’s your income) but a lot of the big channels I watch do exactly that and have the first 2/3 weeks off in January regardless of what you decide I love the videos and would watch every time even if you did 7 a week or 1 a month!! Videos are superb really appreciate you and your content Tim!!
Trucker tim weekly sounds good and 45-1hr video on like a Sunday every week it will show us a Verity of stuff 👍🏻

You have done absolutely fantastic and it is great to see. 2 Uploads work really well. The variety you've got currently works with a different topic every time. It keeps it fresh and engaging.

I reckon the Ashville format works well. Trucker Tim Weekly (would include builds, POV, recoveries etc) and then have specific feature videos where appropriate

I think most of us came to your channel because of trucks, but stayed because of you, so as long as we get a TT video, we are happy, regardless if it's a truck build, truckin vlog, recovery or a mix of these three.
