I think the arrangement / orchestration is by Donald Hunsberger, conductor emeritus of the Eastman Wind Ensemble. I've played this arrangement in my university wind ensemble - great treatment. I suppose someone else may have made some editions, but I know that Hunsberger did publish one, with 5 movements.
Playing this exact arrangement this year for our final concert. Wish we got to play the other themes that were in the full arrangement tho...The Imperial march theme was cool, but by far one of the hardest within the arrangement.

This is technically the hardest because of making it as musical as it was intended
I'm playing this in my wind ensemble. It's a tough piece for a highschool band though. We'll see if we actually play it at the concert.
