Sunny you can try including the subtitles in the video itself. Not so much work like making a different subtitles file with timestamps.

I work 12 hours a day, just to finish my works fast and get some extra time to work for UA-cam. If start adding subtitles for each video the it'll gonna take 2-3 hrs. Extra for each video.
That's the main problem

Bro the voice in Hindi and English looks confusing.. it's better to use subtitles... Just my opinion

I just explained first in Hindi and then in English.
Writing subtitles is a hell lot of work. It take atleast 2-3 hrs extra.
