I have this Spoiler on my 2020 Accord Hybird. I used double sided gorilla tape and it is firm and solid. I have done 115mph many times with my Accord. Spoiler is still on firm!

Got this exact spoiler for my Sport that had the holes like yours. Super sucks it came from the factory like that, but this spoiler is a perfect fit and covers all the holes!
