As an SM, I show my vulnerability to my team, and Im not shy nor scared to say, Im confused with this story or I dont know what to do, or sorry guys I made a booboo here. And true enough, they start to follow the same way. At the end of the day, I always remind them that were human beings, vulnerable but at the same time amazing if we feel supported.
