- A manufacturing unit of T-Series Company which was founded by Gulshan Kumar in the 1980s. Music enthusiasts from the '90s will remember these audiotapes for mixing tracks and listening to pirated versions of music from famous singers and superstars.
This video shows detailed information on how these cassettes or audiotapes are manufactured in the T-Series factories. Now T-Series is India's largest music label.

It's cool to see cassettes and vynl records stay alive. Analog sounds better than digital as long as you maintain it properly and use a proper player and not some cheap one that will "EAT TAPE".

Salute to Gulshan Kumar for revolutionizing the cassette industry in the early 90s. He broke the monopoly of the HMV who were selling very poor quality at high prices.
His brilliant idea of re-recording old songs with new voices led to the discovery of new singers like Anuradha Paudwal, Sonu Nigam, Shabbeer Kumar etc. His cassettes were beautifully recorded and were good value for money.
