With the Paraffin Wax version I’m concerned about the mix with Tetrachloroethylene, a dangerous substance. However, the Silicone Oil and Benzyl Alcohol variants look really promising. Excellent videos, as always and I’m really looking forward to your ‘How to’ video. I have an empty, long dead Grande lamp just waiting to be restored!
At art college I lived with a guy who tried to make a lava lamp using paraffin. He was always doing strange things in his room with chemicals and paint and things. One day I smelled something coming from his room and thought it was weed. He's actually left a candle burning and it had set fire to the curtains. Looking around his room for a liquid to throw on the fire I knew I couldn't risk it because any one of these things could be a flammable liquid so I just had to pull the curtains off the wall and stamp out the fire.

So i really want to make my one .. and UA-cam is full of crap ( vegetable oil sh1t lamp ), you are the one in whole UA-cam who is doing The REAL thing, mark my word "how to make" video will blow up your channel.
