I will occasionally asd a small bit of "castor 927" or "Bēnol" to my gas can or my tank on whatever machine im riding at the time and putting gas in, it never hurts at all and it can help clean and lube the carb and intake and etc especially if its an older bike or just one that has sat for a long time, i will make sure to put a little 2 stroke oil in the fuel to help the fuel pump and other parts get lubricity when i first turn everything on
A service manual would help you guys out tremendously.

I've used isopropyl alcohol in ultrasonic cleaners to clean carbs with very good results in the past but if water works more power to ya.👌
Douknowgregg can also can use simple green or other cleaners or degreasers and does wonders!

"air box is too tight" lol not enough gas in the tank id bet.if its the fuel pump its a 650 dollar part.. check ebay maybe get used fuel pump. but, seems to me you didnt pour enough gas for the pump to pick up.
Try starting it without fluid before you dump a bunch of money into it if the engine doesn’t start without the fluid then it’s kinda shot positive message hope it runs love the videos

Just a thought I got an 03 gsxr 1k and I had a similar problem with it running rough and not wanting to start almost like fuel system problems which is what I thought.. buuut it turned out to be the exhaust butterfly door in the mid pipe wasn't opening. It was because the motor for it that sits underneath the driver seat was going hit and clicking when turning key before start up. Which is what it sounded like to me in your vid when u turn key.. hope this helps! Take it easy

1st testing the coils ( just remove spakplug and the cap ( sparkplug holder ) and just leave 1 cm distance between any ground metal and the naked wire ) if you see sparks it works
2nd the fuel pump could be jammed due to the wastes in the least fuel drops when bike gets to run our of fuel ( happened to me with my GSXR600 )
3rd all sensors should be connected or the bike not start but since it started and white smoke came out the bike was fed allot of fuel and now it needs a proper injection system aka (working fuel pump and clean air filter ) then few tries of starting the bike and BOOM it runs baybeeeee.

there was no power to the kit, so i don't know how that could have happened. maybe there was still some in there tho when we tried to start

TIP FOR SHORTENING EXHUAST - drill out rivets at exhuast exit, pull baffles, cut/shorten exhaust cannon, screw/rivet in exhaust exit. You dont need to weld it

don't toss the fuel controller. Its possible you just need to reflash it. bike will run like complete shit with the full system and no extra gas in the cylinders.
Question for you! I have a 06 750 gsxr.. its misfiring at low rpms.. and dies sometimes when stopped. When its out of gear it revs fine. Also on sudden throttle it will die on stop AFTER its warm.. any ideas?
