Spring is so close!! Yayyy!! This chili salmon topped with pineapple mango salsa was the perfect spring lunch today with it's bright colors and fresh flavors. And my oh my, talk about flavors!! My tastebuds just couldn't get enough! The salmon baked up so tender and flaky and that chili seasoning was a match made in heaven with that pineapple mango salsa!

I just want to thank you for this recipe I made this dish for me and my family tonight and it turn out so good
I'm not a fan of Salmon but I made this and it was very good. Making that mango salsa took the most time for me because I'm just not good and chopping quickly. I also added avocado to my salsa and thought about tomatoes but didn't add them.
I ordered this at a restaurant today and it was pure love lol...I had to come find the recipe myself and you were the first person I thought of, I knew you would have it lol...can't go wrong with your recipes

Made this the other night... it was delicious. I did omit the pineapple in the salsa... and added more mango. Everything was right on point... served it with some white rice. Fish tasted even better the next day.

I made this tesyerday afternoon for my me time...turned out great, used Mango peach salsa premade from the store and orange juice in the salmon instead of lemon... it was good.

GIRLLL!!!!! When I tell you this recipe was EVERYTHING!!! ... I tell no lies. The salmon was seasoned perfectly. It was cooked to perfection, wasn’t over cooked. I’ve been failing at making salmon for years. I Finally have a great recipe. The mango salsa was amazing as well. This recipe goes great with anything or a salad. So fresh and healthy. My co workers and hubby loved it. Thank you for your recipes. I’ve been using them for years and you never disappoint.

I tried this recipe a little while ago and man was it GOOOD... I made mine a little spicier because thats how we like it. But i would put this salsa on other things dont know what yet but i was literally going back seconds of just the salsa after I made this... thanks monique I'm def'ly a fan make so many of your dishes.
