16:09 when you said these arent pokemon or yugioh cards hit hard for me. I think part of the reason people dont vet or run their equipment hard is cause they treat them as expensive shiny new toys they dont want dirty instead of treating them as duty equipment that should be pushed to the limits of there capabilities! Also i think you should make a video going over good yt comments you get that are things u maybe havent thought about or talked about cause your subscribers seem to have a good head in their shoulders which I appreciate actually reading
You have No idea what I’ve learned from you bro coming from a 23 year old. Best Believe I Spread the Gold that you give out to My Homeboys, Co workers Aunts Uncles even my Neighbors. You are a great example of mentoring and tutoring in the young generation of the gun world not to mention Our color because this new generation needs it because they have no clue Thank you Bro🤝🏾
Thanks for this video. This was a huge reminder of keep testing your stuff, use different ammo to see what your firearm likes and doesn’t like. Train, don’t just add something, shoot a box of ammo and be done. One thing I would add and I’m bad at it, is clean/inspect your firearm. Corrosion is not your friend and will cost you money/time.
I REALLY Try to not go out and buy a new gun. I literally NEVER buy guns that are "range toys". I find that to be a waste, I like to keep enough pistols for everyone in my household to have 1 in SHTF and 1 rifle for each adult. My biggest issue with the gun industry today is 75-90% of items being discussed are bought and paid for, have not been vetted, and are priced higher due to an influencer of talking about them. GunTube is literally todays GUNS magazine. I rely on people like you and other "smaller" creators to have that true honesty, mostly because they aren't big enough to completely mislead there viewer base as of yet. My most recent video on the MSP Holster shocked alot of people because they have been influenced to think its the best lightcentrique holster on the market but when they saw how dangerous it could be due to the massive gap in trigger guard they were shocked because not one influencer even mentioned it
I’ve always been pretty analytical in purchases and understanding items I receive. I appreciate your perspective, I’ll add it to the toolbox. Sometimes the scariest thing about watching gun videos is not so much the information provided, but what’s left out! Keep on keepin on brother.
This is the reason why I only take 3 guns with me at a time to the range. I want to make sure the 3 guns I use for self defense run reliable with all different types of ammo. I don’t really have any intentions on upgrading the internals on my handguns or AR until I get at least 1000 rounds in.
Lol, this is part of the reason I keep the internals stock. Ammo is expensive. I run the ammo thru to sight it in, and then just keep practicing. I just want my stuff to run when I pull the trigger, with a minimum of maintenance because I'm lazy.
So true man. I installed the ramjet and afterburner on my g19 gen 5. The first 20 rounds I shot through it I had about 6 failure to feed. I don’t think it was the factory mags but maybe the coating on the barrel. I’m not sure. But after those 6 malfunctions no issues after that. I shot about 150 round that day
The thing about guns is you never know you can think a gun is reliable after putting thousands of rounds through it and it just start malfunctioning I’ve had stock Glocks have hiccups running classes and drills you just never know I feel a person should always do malfunctioning training just in case just my honest opinion but this is a great topic most people forget
I appreciate you bringing this up, I’ve got an mr920 foundation that works perfectly with 115,147, and 135 +P. When it comes to any 124, constant light primer strikes
Also, when I contacted the manufacturer, they blame the ammo manufacturer for having hard primers. In my head, a firearm should be able to run all ammo especially if it cost nearly $1000
This isn't CSI; the only thing police can tell from a spent round is the kind of round fired and MAYBE the kind of gun. You can even swap and modify parts on your gun to make attempting to match it impossible. Either way matching them is an educated guess at best.
Mann i love the information that you are Providing, about Upgrading would love for you Go over Cleaning and how much or lubing you rifle or Handgun that you do and give us some examples Appreciate you!!
He’s talking more about people that buy a bunch of guns, have carry rotations, and spend hella money on gear they never actually test. Not the unknowing ignorant gun owners .
You’ve influenced me to train harder after your rifle training video. 😂😂jokes man, great video, I agree. I’ve never upgraded internals on a gun before nor do I think I ever will. I’m more obsessed with training and trying to become proficient with my main firearms I use on a weekly basis.
Fax thats the only part i disagree with but idk how often he’s suggesting thats done. It can be done much more cost effective. For example if u run 124 hst shoot 124 federal fmjs i think that would be close enough lol
I have a question. So, based on some comments you made about every gun being different even if upgraded as your gun is, do you still subscribe to the idea that each one needs said 250/100? Or would it be safe to say that with your assessment of each being different, that you may be good at less or some may even need more to get the proper feel that you want to achieve with said upgrades?
@dariuskincaid I was just referring to the subject of the carry guns, because I know some people that rotate their carry guns. I do that, but mine are both the same (M&P 2.0) which I purchased both about a week apart. My fde one is still a lot more felt recoil wise that my other one and both have the same round count. So, as you stated, the tolerances play a big part of your decision. Excellent video though, great points made.
5200ish so far. Only time I had an issue was shooting with one of the softer dpm springs and running 100g and sometimes the 115s. Other than that no issues
Why are you so worried about other peoples guns at the range .This guy speak like he been through wars . What are your credentials ? Guys think they experts because they go to the range. How bout pick your best gun and stick to it. Most Guntuber content targets “new gun users“ Like that ain’t been old already , intertwining their gun collections like a fashion statement. Be original
What I've learned in the gun world, a lot of people don't actually shoot their guns.
Those same people also think they’re ready for an incident when they don’t even train.
The guys I know think they’re going to John Wick a situation. Awe man…
Yup lol
And when you train, even 4 times a year, they act like you are crazy for it.😂

Love ur videos bro. Genuinely the most real relatable Guntuber in the game.

My favorite gun channel. You cover a lot of info other channels don’t think about🔥🙏🏾

Watching your video now! 🙏🏽
@ thanks dude I really appreciate it!! The most of the comments came from my short related to it. Lots of people upset I posted a flaw
I’ve always been pretty analytical in purchases and understanding items I receive. I appreciate your perspective, I’ll add it to the toolbox. Sometimes the scariest thing about watching gun videos is not so much the information provided, but what’s left out!
Keep on keepin on brother.
I spend 2.5% of every paycheck on ammo. Dry fire three times per week and live fire every two weeks. Anything less is uncivilized.
Appreciate the transparency about testing products instead of pushing it to make a sale for companies
Ill keep it 100, when ever i do change anything on my carry i test it. 250 rds minimum but i do like only 50 carry rounds
This is the reason why I only take 3 guns with me at a time to the range. I want to make sure the 3 guns I use for self defense run reliable with all different types of ammo. I don’t really have any intentions on upgrading the internals on my handguns or AR until I get at least 1000 rounds in.
I factor in price of vetting my weapons when planning a purchase. I'll tell ya, I own way less guns as a result, lol.
7:36 MC9L video coming soon?! I’ve been debating on the L and LS. Can’t wait for it man!
I also think that guntubers don’t do videos on the longevity of their guns or upgrades.
Lol, this is part of the reason I keep the internals stock. Ammo is expensive. I run the ammo thru to sight it in, and then just keep practicing. I just want my stuff to run when I pull the trigger, with a minimum of maintenance because I'm lazy.
I agree 💯

Thank you Sir, really appreciate honesty and great feedback.
YOU ARE THE MAN!!

Thats the first thing they do is blame the ammo 😂

Thanks for all that you do Darius!
Your like that wise uncle always dropping gems🤘🏾‼️
🙏🏽
There are people buying guns without holster and sticking it in their pocket with no safety. Why would they bother to test anything?
😂😂🙏🏽
He’s talking more about people that buy a bunch of guns, have carry rotations, and spend hella money on gear they never actually test. Not the unknowing ignorant gun owners .
@ oh, sorry. I suppose my comment was 2 low.
100% agree, not enough people who think like this
Makes it a lot easier when you dont have an urge for an upgrade. Besides a red dot and lots of ammo
Great insight. Love your approach.

😂😂😂 shit after watching myself you and me both! I had to go harder 😭 thanks for watching bro 🙏🏽
see nobody told me about the porting problems with p01S .
Thank you for the video and being real asf
Speaking truth bro.
I agree 100% Great video !!!!
100 rounds of carry ammo is $150, if your gun runs 115s, 124s...itll run your defense ammo. id function check one mag at most.
Fax thats the only part i disagree with but idk how often he’s suggesting thats done. It can be done much more cost effective. For example if u run 124 hst shoot 124 federal fmjs i think that would be close enough lol
I said real men don’t deal in absolutes at the same time 😂
😂😂🫡
Appreciate YOU bruh
🙏🏽
Do a video on these young guys putting long magazines on the pistols, shooting with only one hand and having poor gun safety
I have a build that I want to start carrying every day but don’t because I haven’t put the round count to vet the build yet. Kinda makes me sad
I know you usually wouldn’t buy or talk about Taurus , but could you do a video on the Taurus G3C if you can ?
I have something in the works Taurus related.. 🤐 should drop soon! 🙏🏽
Where did u find those organizers on ur work bench ?? I need sum like those
Harbor Freight 🙏🏽
What gun oil/lube do you prefer ?

Some may need less.. but if it’s going to be a carry gun I don’t chance it and just do at least the minimum. Safe queens are different lol

Oh for sure. Your setup is a great example of this too. “Same same, but different.. but still same!” lol thanks for watching 🙏🏽
What grips are those?
Straight from Zev themselves. compact grip
One stop chop??? Is that you?
😂😂 Nah man lol If I could cook like him Id be on the cooking side of UA-cam the money is better 😭
How many rounds do you have through that Zev now? Any issues with it?
5200ish so far. Only time I had an issue was shooting with one of the softer dpm springs and running 100g and sometimes the 115s. Other than that no issues

Has he been to war?
Has he!?!
😂
Being a hater has been done to death too bro, do something else. Be original.
