Great to meet you once again! Was a pleasure beeing booth neighbors :) We are very happy that you like our Renegade Guard and can't wait to see how you end up painting them. (Deep red sounds very cool)
It was good to see you folks as well. I’ve had several people ask about the Renegade Guard - will you have them up on the site soon? Thanks for watching!
These videos give me the endorphin hit of getting new stuff without having to travel the world and spend money. I'll rank this video #1 of 10 in my heart.
It was a pleasure meeting you at the Army Painter booth and appreciate your time! Tremendous event and looking forward to getting the Fanatic Paints. Great video!
You know it's a good day when you wake up, get a huge delivery of minis that have been stuck in transit for months and open up UA-cam to see someone else also counting their booty. It's like Christmas - for geeks!
I can't say enough about Tabletop World. The detail and resin quality on them is AMAZING! I have a dozen or so of their buildings ranging from simple cottages to massive town gates. Super fun to paint and use on the table. If I had one complaint is that their interiors are a bit tiny, so playing in them with a party plus monster etc. can be claustrophobic. But it's a minor complaint for a piece of terrain that has diorama level detail for tabletop gaming.
The broken piece of resin looks like it is from the back of the roof on the two-story yellow building. There appears to be a chip out of the edge of the roof. It's visible in the video at around the 5:28 mark.
Once there was a boy with a dream, a sacred wish that few could understand. It's January in the year of our Lord, 2024, and a youtuber meets that boy at a Las Vegas resort convention hall. With humility and compassion, this youtuber humored the boy's public chicanery and chuckled knowingly at what might be mistaken as a harmlessly flippant play on words juxtaposing a glorious bounty of wargaming merch with buttocks colloquialisms. A "booty" double-entendre, continued in grand tradition across probably a dozen episodes on this very channel. Some might cringe in embarrassment, but others are quickened by the rock solid commitment to this bit, evermore. You made my birthday Uncle Adam. I really enjoyed meeting you and Sam Lenz at LVO and deeply appreciate that you took the time reward my faith by honoring my childish wish with this video. I'll never forget it. You're the best, man.
I really enjoy these kind of videos for no other reason than I get to see all kind of products that are out there. We are so spoiled for choice! We used to be restricted to what the flgs and a few websites could give you. Thanks for sharing!
I've loved the Tabletop World stuff for ages, and I'm probably picking some up soon for Warhammer The Old World. I'm surprised you'd glue them shut tho, that seems like a fun feature for some skirmish games.
Definitely give them a good scrub with a toothbrush and soap before painting. You can feel the mold release on the raw material after handling them@@tabletopminions
It was nice meeting you at LVO. The new food court area was opened up just for LVO and used to be their buffet area. I believe total attendance was 5,000 pushing towards 6,000. I know we are trying to make LVO more of a convention for everyone and I think this year showed a lot of progress in that direction
Well... THAT SUCKS! I was there, with my Tabletop Minions shirt on for one of the four days I attended. I was LOOKING for Uncle Adam so I could finally ask the significance of 33. I walked by that Army Painter booth in the hall 70 times and I never saw Uncle Adam a single time. Humph. Timing is everything, I guess.
6:40 Those War Scenary has some balance style building terrains that you can play Star Wars and Warhammer 40,000 games. The Outer Rim is eye catching. My local store used to sell those Gamer Grass Temple bases, along with other grass tuffs packs that are in different colours.
Glad to hear it was a good time! I am also not a tournament type guy, but this is easily the closest wargame convention to Phoenix, so I might have to make the trip up next year. Plus Vegas is a much easier sell to my wife than Indy.
i really enjoy these loot haul videos. I bought a couple of Rampart Modular Terrain: Mammoth Walkers because of your recommendation, and I really enjoyed assembling them. It's nice to see the stuff you bring back! You could probably use those Kromlech bodies really well with the Frostgrave/Stargrave model kits since they have an overabundance of arms and heads.
LOL “delicate smash” on the Like button. Love it. I got a great picture in my head of Hulk gingerly touching an iPad screen with a nervous expression. Great video as always, Uncle Atom even though I didn’t attend. I had no idea that there was so much there, and even though it’s kind of close to GaryCon and Adepticon for timing, I might check it out in the future! Cheers, fellow Midwesterner!
I'm glad you had a good time, see you at Adepticon! I too save my hobby loot bucks for that convention when my shopping cart is my entire car! -Martin Orlando
nice stuff you have got from there. Maybe you could put a light into the small buildings. At least the 3D printed one has holes at the windows. With some LED candle inside, that could look nice, maybe. So in that sense I would not glue it but maybe magnetize it, so it does not falling appart easily on the table?
It looks like that 3 floor house can also be a 2 floor house if you don't glue the bottom part on. It seems heavy enough that it would not move around. Maybe just glue the roof on for the options.
The tabeltop miniatures skirmish wargame version of Cy_borg is called Kill_Sample_Process and its a pretty interesting miniature skirmish game. I've built a crew but haven't had a chance to play the game yet. You can play solo, co-op or head to head. I have played several of the Weird World War 1 version miniature skirmish rules version called 'The Last War'.
My wife and I call the stuff we pick up at Cons "swag". Avoids awkward pauses in some conversations. Yeee! Don't glue the TTW buildings together, and lose all that lovely interior detail. TTW models always have the peg-and-hole connects so the different levels don't slide apart while you are gaming, so there is no real need to glue them together, anyway. It would be kinda sacrilegious (sacrigeekious?), really. Off to check the War Scenery, Gamers Grass, and Broken Egg Games websites... Thanks for the video. -Michael
In this video Adam talks about his booty. Oooh err missus! Yep, never gets old. I like the look of the Tabletop World buildings, could do with about 20 of them for Mordheim, but I get the feeling that would get cost prohibitive.
I feel the same way! I've started using Gamer Grass bases for really any game I play under 15 models and it has taken so much stress off of even starting a model for painting knowing that the end is already taken care of!
It's what made me excited for the Kickstarter that Secret Weapon did right before they went under. Man, that still pisses me off. I'll never forgive TTCombat for the crap show they created.
Tabletop World - best buildings out there. Don't glue it shut before painting, will make your life more difficult. The smaller one is from City of Tarok by Black Scroll Games. Cheers
Usually the booty stays in Vegas and you just bring home crabs. Wait! I mean giant space crustaceans. 3D printed minis. To use as proxies for Tyranids. What did you think I meant?
I still haven't been to a convention since 2019 and I do miss being able to pick up all these kinds of bits for gaming. Thanks for sharing your ample booty!
I avoided CanCon in Australia, I instead spent just over $1k AUD on new paints... But my mate still sent me photos of the event, I would probably have "Goblinned the Booty" out of the second hand stalls... What type of glue would you use on those pre painted bases, so it does not mist up when it dries??
Can someone link me to where I can get the renegade guard from war scenery? I've been looking and waiting for a darktide inspired miniatures and I can't seem to find them on their shop.
Great to meet you once again! Was a pleasure beeing booth neighbors :) We are very happy that you like our Renegade Guard and can't wait to see how you end up painting them. (Deep red sounds very cool)
Those renegades look great! Anywhere I can pick them up online?
@@H1GHW4YM4Nagreed! I'm also keen on picking some up.
It was good to see you folks as well. I’ve had several people ask about the Renegade Guard - will you have them up on the site soon? Thanks for watching!
Deep red would make them look like blood pact
Also want to know about them renegade guard, cool models.
These videos give me the endorphin hit of getting new stuff without having to travel the world and spend money. I'll rank this video #1 of 10 in my heart.
Saaame
I'll never get tired of the booty joke
proper dad jokes are always welcome from a proper dad
The 3D printed building is from Black Scroll Games. It was a file from the City of Tarok KS.
Came here to say that. Their files are available for purchase (many other great buildings) over at MyMiniFactory
ahhh, trader's house and townhouse I! i love me some tabletop world 🙂 I've used some of those gamergrass bases before, they're great!
Op my bad
I agree, almost like you open them together in a parosocial way. Still heart warming
I can't say enough about Tabletop World. The detail and resin quality on them is AMAZING! I have a dozen or so of their buildings ranging from simple cottages to massive town gates. It was great seeing you fine folks at the Army Painter booth. Hope to see you again next year.
The broken piece of resin looks like it is from the back of the roof on the two-story yellow building. There appears to be a chip out of the edge of the roof. It's visible in the video at around the 5:28 mark.
Awesome to meet you at the Army Painter booth! Loved the Fanatic Paints and talking to everyone there!
Neat stuff! I bought the merchant house from Tabletop World from the Broken Egg booth at Warfaire Weekend. I painted it up, it came out quite nice.
It was really nice to meet you squire and a bit weird is seeing myself in the background! - Geoff
Great to meet you as well - hope you had a good time in Vegas. Thanks for watching!

Yeah, you never know what you might use them for down the road. Maybe just blue tack them together? Or a tiny dot of pva?
I was gonna use Liquid Nails. Thanks for watching!
Definitely give them a good scrub with a toothbrush and soap before painting. You can feel the mold release on the raw material after handling them@@tabletopminions
It was awesome to meet you at LVO! One of the highlights of the weekend, keep up the great videos

Mork Borg and Cy-borg are amazing. Recommended!
Great vid Bro, I really like the base and the Kromlech stuff, gonna look into it

My local store used to sell those Gamer Grass Temple bases, along with other grass tuffs packs that are in different colours.
Nice stuff you got. Gamer's Grass very good stuff and that War Scenery is super interesting - I'll be popping by there.
Always love these loot videos. Getting to watch Sam paint for a bit at the convention was awesome!
Glad to hear it was a good time! I am also not a tournament type guy, but this is easily the closest wargame convention to Phoenix, so I might have to make the trip up next year. Plus Vegas is a much easier sell to my wife than Indy.

Exactly - another benefit of the Stargrave kits. Thanks for watching!
LVO was my first event/tournament. Wish I had explored a bit more. If I saw you I might have said hi. Already looking forward to going again next year

Was my first Las Vegas Open and I had a great time there! Would love to see such an event in germany
Really love your videos. Hope to see you at Gen Con again this summer.
I plan on being there. Thanks for watching!
Some awesome stuff. I’m looking forward to going to my first show of the year. Hammerhead at Newark 🇬🇧
Dude, I love your shirt! Great video, as always. You inspire to just have fun and not take the hobby so seriously.

Great vid! Thanks for pronouncing Nevada correctly! We appreciate it!

"delicate smash on the like button" did it for me 😂
My wife and I call the stuff we pick up at Cons "swag". Avoids awkward pauses in some conversations.

I’ll probably use a really sturdy glue, like Liquid Nails. Thanks for watching!
I am so glad you had a great time, love the show.
you are too funny, it was great talking too!
ooh man i wish i will met you and Sam one day in person. You are both awesome!
Once I heard “roff” instead of “roof” I couldn’t stop hearing it. Dialects, you gotta love them :)
Being from Nevada...it makes me happy that you pronounced it correctly
I keep meaning to do one of these whenever I come back from a model railway show or convention, but I film them and then forget all about them...
It was awesome meeting you in Vegas.
Magnetise the buildings rather than glue, will make storage easier and keep the modularity!
I’m probably gonna use Liquid Nails. Thanks for watching!
I got to meet you at the LVO and grab a photo with you, you were such an awesome and nice guy in person
The new chicken tender place at the LVO was amazing.
In this video Adam talks about his booty. Oooh err missus! Yep, never gets old. I like the look of the Tabletop World buildings, could do with about 20 of them for Mordheim, but I get the feeling that would get cost prohibitive.
Visions of Carry on "oooo matron" 😊
Guess the "renegade" guards equate to the Moebian 6th from Darktide which is very cool really 😊 also have my goblin brain wanting those bases a well 😂
Those premade bases actually look great, basing is my least favourite part of painting though I do appreciate a good one!
I’m not familiar with the background to this. Do you have a link?
Nice bit of booty you brought back. Enjoy the bases and that book! Thanks for the show and tell😊
I like the prepainted base idea.
Great video!🎉
I have cy_borg and Kill Sample Process.
Professor, what's another word for pirate treasure?
Well, I think it's booty, booty, booty, that's what it is.
Great stuff friend 👏 👍
I now have the song Mr. Bootyman from the TV show Psych stuck in my head
1:32 One of the booth babes, huh?
Tabletop World - best buildings out there. Don't glue it shut before painting, will make your life more difficult. The smaller one is from City of Tarok by Black Scroll Games. Cheers
Glad you had fun. Those houses are great. A painted base sounds awesome too! How would you paint the figure before gluing to the base though?
I’m trying to figure that out - maybe glue it to a regular plastic base (lightly) and then snap it off once it’s painted? Thanks for watching!
A delicate smash.... Genius
The printed cottage looks to be a City of Tarok STL from Black Scrolls Games
Love the buildings
Just a thought ....instead of gluing the buildings shut magnetize it instead, add versatility for some unforeseen need 😊
Here to say I only clicked on the video because of your shirt! But I’ll stay and watch. Lol 😂
LOVE YOUR SHIRT!
Back after watching the video, loved it! Thanks again. Great content as always. ❤
The renegade guard kind of look like the Moebian 6th from Dark Tide.
Hearing that pronunciation of roof always makes me feel like I'm back in WI.
00:04 Demonetized!
😂😂😂
The 3D-printed house looks like it's from the "City of Tarok" line from Black Scroll Games
That Cyborg book is absolutely amazing. Not really a RPGamer either, but I want one too!
Usually the booty stays in Vegas and you just bring home crabs. Wait! I mean giant space crustaceans. 3D printed minis. To use as proxies for Tyranids. What did you think I meant?
Hmm... Maybe ya can magnetize the different sections on the multi-level buildings and use them for storage as well as terrain?
Great video Adam. Hope to see you at Adepticon.
I still haven't been to a convention since 2019 and I do miss being able to pick up all these kinds of bits for gaming. Thanks for sharing your ample booty!
Cool stuff. If I ever make it to a convention I have to take some extra $$$ to buy stuff.
Apparently my buddy ran into you! He was a Grey Knights player...I was jealous...
Dont kill the booty joke with „it’s getting a little weird” 😭
What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, unless it involves booty.....
Thanks…great inspiration for the day!
You forgot to invite me yet…..
Again
CY_BORG MENTIONED!!! 🗣️🗣️🗣️‼️‼️‼️
so glad to hear millimetres rather an 78/300ths inches
I like The Gamers Grass Tufts that showed up at my flgs.
Great video glad you didn’t get Covid seems a bunch did
I avoided CanCon in Australia, I instead spent just over $1k AUD on new paints... But my mate still sent me photos of the event, I would probably have "Goblinned the Booty" out of the second hand stalls... What type of glue would you use on those pre painted bases, so it does not mist up when it dries??
LVO for kill team is a mecca of mine. Some day...
That is some fine booty - the Borg clones are deadly to my wallet. The creativity in those books are amazing.
Nice booty Adam! Hoping to see the houses painted soon!
I have so many RPG books I bought with zero expectations of playing. XD
Can someone link me to where I can get the renegade guard from war scenery? I've been looking and waiting for a darktide inspired miniatures and I can't seem to find them on their shop.
I can’t recommend cyborg enough. Keep in mind you have to fill in gaps but it’s awesome.
Nice stuff, those bases looked very good quality, Gamers Grass do some excellent stuff. No room in your baggage for giant maracas then?
They were HUGE! Thanks for watching!
What about the goblin brain! 😛
Uncle atom going heavy on guardsman /o/
I’ve noticed an uptick in the amount of fantasy themed items on your channel as of late. Hinting at something coming soon……..?😊
I’ve been looking at those houses for awhile now. Thanks for watching!
A gentle slap on the button but a hearty whack on the bell(s) XD
