I decided to face all the pain - step by step - as it was coming up (as body and mind and emotions have the ability to withstand it, if you listen to yourself, but I must warn you that sometimes it is brutal). What helped me was to educate myself on what hurt me, sing Hindu mantras, do various brain healing and reprogramming techniques, a lot of sleep, good food, and I had to let go of many people - sometimes temporarily - sometimes for good (as most people won’t evolve with you). I also learned everything possible about myself - to the point that nothing can sway me and if it does - I have a way to adjust quite quickly. I also listened (but only when ready) - to positive affirmations. But I must say that in my case - this all started to work after I accepted my spiritual nature, before, I could do whatever I wanted and nothing worked… also, please, develop deep patience and self-patience and self-respect and self-love. Please, give yourself years. But you will thank yourself. Also - don’t call your problems “mental illnesses” - it is simply your body signalling to be very much in overdrive or exhausted. Pile #2 was so accurate for me, and was just the encouragement I needed - thank you. The last 2 years have been nothing but change for me, really difficult, scary change. I do intense therapy every week almost 2 years strong, meditate every single day, and recently started doing a lot of somatic healing, exercise, and tapping. I even take my vitamins now! I love this new way of picking the piles. Pile 2 was so accurate for what I've been working on for years (yes, C-ptsd) and am finally having massive breakthroughs with my self-trust and -love. Because I started actually listening to myself instead of dismissing every thought or feeling as nonsense. The projections of abuse are dissipating and I am finally on my side.
