BMW R80ST Video1 - Will it start?

Hello everyone,
I'm starting a new short series on this lovely 1984 BMW R80ST. In this first video I'm attempting to get the engine started and see if and what condition the engine is in and if there are any serious issues.
Fortunately it all ends well, with the engine running for a very short period of time on brake cleaner. This was the first time this engine ran in approximately 5 years if I remember correctly.

The bike was a gem to work on compared to other bikes and very enjoyable to ride. Gotta love an old beemer :D
