Looks like you have found your happy place brother and great interview!. My parents have been to Brazil twice and my dad fell in love with the country, the people and especially the Afro-Brazilian culture so much he hated leaving. Hell he was even learning Portuguese in his late 60s. He told me to be sure to go at least once in my life so i will do that in his honor.
@@ChapapaTV You feel the way about the DR the same way I feel about the South where I grew up. I left before i hated it, but when I go back and visit, i have a great time then leave. Everything is for a reason. Every chapter in a book should be read, even the unpleasant ones.
Morumbi shopping… I know exactly where that is. Rich and upper middle class Brazilians live there. Good area. The peeps are a tad bit stuck up but overall they are cool.
Yeah but Sao Paolo is more dangerous and THE most expensive city in Brazil so part of the reason and the draw to move to Brazil is to save money but if you are living in the most expensive city in Brazil it kind of defeats the point. But I can understand because this guy is Young and because he's from the New York-New Jersey area that's his mindset but when you're a little bit older you want more piece so having to live in the most densely populated city on this side of the world is not as appealing as when you are in your mid-twenties. That said Sao Paulo is a great City it just feels like you are in New York and not Brazil
