Solo Female Travel | Snorkelling with turtles on Fitzroy Island!

Life dream accomplished!! I have been wanting to swim with turtles for the longest time, when I travelled to Queensland I felt it was almost a certainty. So I was pretty dissappointed when I didn't see any when snorkelling the outer Great Barrier Reef, but this trip to Fitzroy Island did not dissapoint :D

I’m thinking I might prefer island snorkeling rather than Great Barrier Reef boat trip, what did you prefer ??

@@sammiebear4737 Both had their advantages, the outer reef from boat was much better clarity, colours and fish. The island was easier, cheaper and more chances of seeing a turtle. I don't think I can pick between the two 😅
