- If you are looking for some non-candy smalls gifts for your child or teen's stocking this Christmas - check out all the cool stuff I found this year for my kids (12-year old girl, 11 year old girl, 9 year old boy, and 6 year old girl). I always try and find stocking stuffers that are not only affordable but things that I know they will really enjoy. It gets more challenging as they get older to find stocking stuffers that is not just candy or food - however I think there is still lots of great options out there (even for those pre-teens!). My girls are often loosing their brushes. They are each get a new Wet brush this year! My oldest daughter has thick hair too!

No one liked the price increase at dollar tree, trust me, I worked there at that time. The amount of people who screamed at me… the quality of many items are going up and with that the price does. Also, theft is serious, everywhere. That has a huge impact on the cost of living. Gas was almost 5$ a gallon and dollar tree stayed the same price. Eventually though, we have to face the inevitable.

I totally understand the price increase at Dollar Tree 😊 and that is horrible that customers would scream at you for it when you worked there 🙁 I still find it to be a good value for a lot of the items they sell there, and that is why I do get lots of stocking stuffer there.
