Quick & Healthy Taco Stew Recipe | Delicious Mexican Chili
Do you like a good hardy Chili?! Check out my easy to make, healthy, and delicious recipe for Chili! Since this is not “true” Chili, by the time I add in all the extras, I call it Chili Stew. Or sometimes we call it Taco Stew. But it originally came from a Chili recipe that over time I tweaked and made it just the way we like it! Watch my video today and see just how easy this is to make. The written recipe is below if you would like to try and make it for yourself. Enjoy!

Holly’s Chili Stew:
• 3 lbs. ground turkey
• 2 (7 oz.) cans diced green chiles (mild)
• 1 diced green bell pepper (I use frozen diced green bell pepper)
• 1 diced onion (I use frozen diced onion)
• 2 packets taco seasoning (mild)
• 1 packet ranch salad dressing seasoning
• 2 (28o oz.) cans diced tomatoes (I use petite)
• 2 (15 oz.) cans white hominy
• 1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
• 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
• 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen corn (or 15 oz can corn)
• 1 (12 oz.) bag frozen chopped okra
• 1 (4 oz.) can diced hot jalapeños *optional
In on large cooking pot (8 quarts), cooked up ground turkey until done. Next add diced green chiles, diced bell peppers, and diced onions; cook in meat until bell peppers and onions are tender. Then add the taco seasoning packets and the ranch seasoning packet. Stir into the meat until all of the meat is covered in the seasoning. Next add cans of diced tomatoes (plus their juice) and stir. Pour cans of white hominy into a colander, rinse and drain, then add into the stew and stir. Pour cans of both red kidney beans and pinto beans into the colander, rinse and drain, then add into the stew and stir. Add frozen corn and frozen chopped okra to stew and stir. *(Optional, last you can add diced hot jalapeños into stew to add more flavor and heat, but if you don’t like things to spicy don’t use.). Let the stew cook on the stove on a low heat for a couple hour or transfer it all to a crockpot and keep on low for several hours. You can also make this all a day or two early, after everything is mixed put in fridge and heat up for a few hours. We find that a day or two later the chili stew’s flavor is actually better with age.

I needed to hear this now as I'm super nervous, because my son has been homeschooling since 2 years old and he has a pre k evaluation in a school on Monday. But I see he is advanced and I'm scared he will be locked in a room and get bored because he loves to explore. He just turned 4 and he is great at building super difficult toys for 8 years old and up.grest st fixing things besides knowing all the school work already. From abc, Numbers, shapes,etc.he is even doing additions. can someone tell me if school would help him or keep him stock or help him advance?. Should I send him to school or not idk what to do

The wife shops on Amazon 3-4 days a week 😂 we get boxes every other day 🤦🏾♂️ a cordless can opener is definitely handy and a lot more convenient then a traditional one. I went with Spectrum for Geography and even though I'm using Abeka this year since they openly teach from a Biblical worldview, I'm still using Spectrum too to cover more ground and I really just like their style so much. Sylvan has been my other favorite that we used in 1st and 2nd grade. Hello, the little booklets with the wipe off scavenger I got at dollar tree, but dollar tree is always hit or miss so I don’t know if they carry them anymore. Sometimes these things tend to be seasonal and a lot of times they’re more available at the beginning of this summer months when people are getting ready to go on summer vacations. Hi Holly, the Jewel Grand hotel was originally designed to be sold as apartments. That's why it has all those appliances and space.

I am very sad the shell factory is closing down my mother took me there on my first time in SW Florida 1n 1999 Punta Gorda where my parents lived I go there everyone I come down was just there last October and planned on stopping bye in just a few more weeks first two weeks in October I'm very bummed out to hear they are closing.

I know the double rainbow was awesome! We were eating dinner at the restaurant in Granby that evening and we kept hearing people talk about this amazing rainbow outside then half the people in the restaurant went out to go see it and takepictures😄 The tubing hill was definitely a unique thing, a lot of people have never heard of summer tubing , it was a first for us as well. I have 2 questions. In staying in Tower “C” might it have a different rate than the other 2 Towers? With respect to the Sugar Cane Cafe, are all the items there part of the all inclusive or an additional fee? Loved your video. Thanks
Hello Martin, I know that the room types in the other towers are different from tower C but I don't know how different the rates are. That you will have to go to their website to check out - or call them. Everything that I got at the Sugar Cane Cafe was included, I did not pay any additional fees, and I got specialty drinks there everyday with extra shots of espresso. We went in early 2023 - so trust they have not changed anything with that. The Sugar Cane Cafe was my favorite spot - loved the coffee, ice cream, and treats there. Hope that helps!
