The song "Il tuo bacio è come un rock" is an Italian tune brought to success by the Italian singer Celentano in July 1959. With music and arrangement by Ezio Leoni, lyrics by Piero Vivarelli and Lucio Fulci, it sells 300,000 copies in the first week, reaching first position in the standings for two weeks (as reported by the data from Musica e disco of that year).

Never heard of this group but for UA-cam. Did they release any albums?

The group is called Jazz Lag and they're an Italian ensemble group. I've wondered the same thing. Their version of "After You've Gone" is sensational, another young lady singing the lead. But they're all great. I've seen the guitarist in several of their videos, but the lead singers often change.
