SEA FISHING in strong wind. Beautiful evening session!

In this fishing episode I was targeting sea trout. It was sea fishing in strong west wind, it was cloudy, quite good for sea trout fishing, however, there was a low tide. Not optimal conditions but still quite good for sea trout. The water temperature was quite high, so I was targeting not the shallowest water. I was fishing in 1-3 m depth. It became a beautiful evening session with a garfish on the hook!
My gear:
Rod: Savage Gear Parabellum CCS 9'2" 10-30 g.
Reel: Daiwa 20 Ninja LT 4000-C Pitch Black.
braided main line with a diameter of 0.18 mm, fluorocarbon leader with a diameter of 0.4 mm and a length of 2-3 m.
Lures/flies:
Savage Gear Seeker ISP 102mm 28g NL 01-Green Silver
Nice TiED Shrimp Pink # 4 as a teaser fly

What are the specs of your fishing rod? Could you share exact fishing location? I never fished from the shore in nordic sea, thought it was not possible.
